Who is behind Forresten and GIJA MAPS?
Lars Lindved
Technology and development
Lars builds the technology behind Forresten and GIJA MAPS. He has worked with aviation technology, flight safety and complex aircraft systems since 2008. Since 2017, he has flown drones and processed drone data. His technical foundation includes an MSc in Automation and Control Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a BSc in Robot Systems from the University of Southern Denmark.
We have access to bare-metal servers in European data centres and a physical server in the office. The physical machine can be used for custom jobs by agreement with the client when the job fits the capacity and offers a better price.

What we stand for
- Own processing pipeline: We run our own photogrammetry processing. Not a shortcut through third-party APIs.
- Pay per image: No subscriptions. Add balance, pay per processed image. Minimum purchase €6.
- Free processing: Every dataset under 100 images is free. The free tier is intended for smaller datasets.
- Transparency: Prices, delivery times, and limitations are clearly stated on the page.
